Product Return Policy
Product return is acceptable for the following reasons:
- Product has been sold at a price more than the MRP.
- Product is within one month of/beyond expiry date.
- Product packaging is damaged/leaking at the time of sale (manufacturing defect)
- Pre-sale consultation: Wrong product delivered.
Return time line: Within one week from date of sale.
Product Condition to be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused and unopened.
- Purchase reference must be provided (bill/mobile number)

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation before shipment:
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team or cancel the order in order history section.
- In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to your Luxe Membership Loyalty points after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation post shipment:
- We are not accepting post-dispatch cancellations on orders.
Failed to deliver due to no recipient at house: In case if there is no one to receive the shipment at mentioned address and customer is not reachable, shipment will be taken back, and money will be credited to Luxe Membership Loyalty points only.
